Songbird will continue to operate as Songbird, but is now owned and operated by USGlobal (think of it as a subsidiary of sorts). USGL gets all the benefits, revenue, etc. but Songbird will be the name on the charter planes. I believe there is an FAA rule about showing "fitness," so for a few months, we'll see Songbird 737's flying charters, and the revenue can be used to increase the number of aircraft and transition to 777s flying as USGlobal.
