The merger was successfully consummated in May 2017. All of Tricascade's assets are owned by the SRMX/Skyfidelity merger. Saddle Ranch, inc owns all of the assets of Tricascade/ Skyfidelity, inc. http://tricascadeinc.com/?page_id=454http://skyfidelityinc.com/
