BlackRock® Canada Announces Final Dissolution Pro

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited (“BlackRock Canada”), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (“BlackRock”) (NYSE: BLK ) today announces additional information regarding the termination of the following funds (collectively, the “Terminating Funds”) that was announced on June 30, 2017. 

The common units and advisor class units of the Terminating Funds, as applicable, were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange on September 20, 2017. The termination proceeds of each of the Terminating Funds was determined on September 27, 2017.  The termination proceeds per unit of each of the Terminating Funds are as follows:

Each unitholder will receive the final proceeds of termination per unit as disclosed above on or about September 27, 2017. Following these payments with respect to a Terminating Fund, such Terminating Fund will be dissolved.
