Payment solutions company Global Payout, Inc. (OTC: GOHE) this morning announced that its majority owned subsidiary, MoneyTrac Technology, Inc. (“MTRAC”), has finalized a majority ownership acquisition of PotSaver, a revenue-producing community periodical providing listings on discounted cannabis-related products for Southern California dispensaries and shops.
