funny i just noted that classic trollism 101 take .. where dollar value is conflated for actual *volume and shares* .. 
there is a legit bid @ 008 .. that keeps getting bypassed .. just like the long's last week @ 01 was bypassed
btw .. i recognize that sarcasm doesn't convey well on SMBs .. but the wink emoji
was used for a reason ..
Sept 2017 fits right into .. another month of *low volume* .. (currently 2017 is
on track for the lowest YTD volume on PTOI since first coming public)
i keep expecting another effort out of NR (as has been done many times b4)
oh well maybe it will be timed to what P2O files next ..
