i wonder if this may be competing *interests*
remember when cycles first got underway (as is the norm on OTC targets)
the more the merrier .. re: *MMs/ECNs* .. active for NR
so a few years ago .. then CTIX (now IPIX) would have an avg of 25 to 30
*reporting* to Finra re: actual volume undertaken per month ..
these days .. not so many willing to engage .. for August 2017 .. only *9*
interesting too .. note volume (by month) for 2017 .. Sept 2017's should be out by the 2nd week in October

just a reminder .. 52 week low last reset (63c) on 5.10.2017 .. and mgmt's
*surprise* (name ticker cusip change out) on 6.8.2017 .. effective 6.9.2017
when NR is successful in parting actual shares out of actual shareholders .. by relentlessly compressing down the PPS .. *volume* doesn't decrease .. it increases
another classic trollism 101 .. is to conflate *dollar amount* .. vs one share
for one share .. which is why volume is key .. always
