They are raising 50mil soft stateside for the front end it looks
25mil soft over in Switzerland based(safe ?lol) for marketplace (backend )

Acquisition deposits seen in past two Q's , A change in accountant with a background in fortune 500's and RM&RA's ...
so frame it how you want as a trader I will see it as a Long. the deal moving forward and/or completing now is still viable doing the ICO's this way to populate the platforms and gain development capital. Only crypto enthusiast , token traders ,and or early investors/partners in this will supply investment to ICO's while the bulk of American side investment remains untouched and within guidelines currently reporting increasing revs SEC compliant.... I am patient , GLTU .
