Nets A/S: Danish version of the Offeror's announcement of its recommended all-cash takeover for Nets A/S With reference to the company announcement dated 25 September 2017 (no. 26/2017) regarding the public tender offer for Nets A/S to be submitted by Evergood 5 AS (the "Offeror"), we hereby publish on behalf of the Offeror its Danish announcement of the recommended all-cash takeover offer for Nets A/S pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Danish Takeover Order (in Danish: bekendtgørelse nr. 562 af 2. juni 2014 om overtagelsestilbud). The English version of the Offeror's announcement was published as part of the company announcement published on 25 September 2017 (no. 26/2017).
