Tnc26, you speak like a poorly educated person with little sense of humility. If your making money, fine, but what is the point of your bragging.........it reminds me of the time Elvis wanted the World to know he owned ten TVs. Smart, educated, intelligent, successful people just laughed. Elvis was harmless but he could not have dinner with experienced, successful people because he could not or would not learn the graces of intelligent behavior. Your coming across as that kind of person, loud, silly, harmless and not worth serious discussion.

For example, if I was like you I might say today I just sold an apartment building in Jersey City, New Jersey for 11M and my two partners and I had a cost basis of under 500K. But I would not say such a thing......it would be bragging.
