Not to dismiss Cool again who is an ex-trading desk professional; he was saying to buy .05's with both hands and feet mid last year.  My point is that even the best traders, analysts, PR's, etc can't predict a positive  outcome.  A start up oil business is very risky but a shareholder could become a millionaire on one as well. Two sides to every coin!
