A little dilution to pay the auditors to regain compliance. Of course they wouldn't take that out of their own pockets for not maintaining things in the first place. $5M is a drop in the bucket considering where this is headed once they do comply and get cleared by the SEC. Of course there are some options they will want to exercise as well.
