DEADLINE ALERT:  Brower Piven Reminds Shareholders Of Approaching Deadline In Class Action Lawsuit And Encourages Investors Who Have Losses In Excess Of $100,000 From Investment In Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE:SQNS) To Contact The Firm

STEVENSON, Md., Sept. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The securities litigation law firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS ) (“Sequans” or the “Company”) securities during the period between April 29, 2016 through July 31, 2017, inclusive (the “Class Period”).  Investors who wish to become proactively involved in the litigation have until October 10, 2017 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.

According to the complaint, following an August 1, 2017 announcement that second quarter revenue was negatively affected after the Company had to take product back into their inventory from an early 2016 sale related to the tablet business, the value of Sequans shares declined significantly.
