EFLN is one I warned someone else about on this board too. EFLN is a fraud.and #2 on the list, alone will result in an SEC suspension if they keep trying to claim their 'lease' as assets and the 'minerals' as assets. Minerals are dead, the gold mines were cleared out a long time ago and hold no significant value anymore. EFLN is claiming 500 million in assets from this. THAT IS FRAUD PEOPLE. They are getting a lot of notes and financing for real estate project (a shopping mall facility) that will not pan out. Large retail spaces are shutting down left and right and the commercial real estate bubble is a very big deal that is not getting any attention. Just like the sub prime mortgage issue in the 2000s. Again, they lease this land, they do not own it. I would love to see any proof of ownership. I have dug in public records etc and there is nothing. Only a lease in which they do not own mineral rights. Only rights to mining, except the mines are all mined out.

The company has 2,905 acres land and 21 gold mining properties in California. The company has scientific time conducting detail studies on gold mining claims. The management started negotiating with Neck Philipello to purchase 70,000 acres farm with minerals in NEW MEXICO and TEXAS.
