G' Mornin' all - heard from Dallas over weekend. 1st off it was a call that was upbeat on Co's end.
They are literally finishing crossing T's and dotting I's with announcement forthcoming. Stated a lot of news will be coming out within the next 2 weeks. Regarding the financing there were multiple offers made and appears they've chosen the best deal they could get for us and no more Jerry G's screw ups like with Roy Meadows and daughter.
What's really piqued my interest is the company they have sites set on purchasing. I haven't a real clue what they are after but sound like a kid upon Christmas day in referral to it. it's supposedly a fine fit for the direction they are taking us on and it'll come with earnings >10mm/yr. Just my take but believe this also will be a part of news releases over the next couple weeks.
Believe there's some confusion here over the Eagle Spirit Water. It was explained to me ESW will remain a solid portion of our healthy products as we go forward and will continue production and it won't be placed on a shelf at this time. Also told we'll be surprised once financing completed - who will fill the couple positions and more so where they are coming from
I've scheduled a flight to Dallas on Nov 1st and will be meeting with RMHB for dinner one eve with a few of my trading pals. This is my bi-annual trip for Blues - Nascar at Tx Motor Speedway - RMHB and will report as always upon my return once I get the Blues/Nascar ringing out my ears
I'll leave y'all with this. This was the best sounding the company has sounded to me in a few months. They'll be getting back on track again and get this train running back up-to speed. (( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCxRYvVN0CA )) Was alluded that sellers and flippers might of got a go cart out of the past weeks actions but the real rewards await those who rode the storm out with them.
I've met with these folks multiple times over the past few years and will take their word over any basher or disillusioned ex investor posters who continually whine. I'm more than comfortable with my whole investment and will be riding with them into 2020.
