- April 25 2011 EMAIL REPLY FROM MARK * post # 18521 (pipedreamz76)
I will be emailing Mark on a weekly basis on Monday mornings, if you have any questions for Mark you would like for me to include you can send them to me at gurgie****@yahoo.com by Sunday night.
Here is the last email I recieved from Mark:
Stephen,
We cannot spend our days on Ihub answering Mitch. Do your home work on the guy. He has been in 3 harrassment cases & many problems. Does he seem normal spending his entire day on Ihub bashing me. The Judge already mentioned he was deceptive and does'nt disclose the truth. What you are bringing up is all his constant battle to keep things alive. The Judgement against Bogden is rock solid. We owe on a Operating loan that was not renewed when the bank was going down. The Bank went down after calling the note & getting a Judgement. The Judgement is against me personally. Not Tytan. We are making payments on the loan and are seeking a competitive loan to replace it. We are a victim of the horrible banking Industry. We never failed to make a payment in all the years we were with that bank or the start of the Corp in 1984. The FDIC is working with us. Those are the facts.
Transfer agents are Governed by law, same as Title companies. They cannot give you what they are not allowed to by law. Running a business like ours is not a morning and afternoon business like it is with many Pink sheets investors. It takes 90 days to get products in after they are ordered. Our business is planning and strategy. Having a good game plan. You will not see results from us over night. I would welcome the Stockholders organizing and getting one representative coming to work daily with me and reporting back where he thinks the company is going. We are moving very fast. If any one thing can be accomplished quicker then we are doing it, I would be amazed. I have had five very successful businesses. I am good at getting results.
And each time I have built a business from the ground up, people come up to me and say "who gave you this company?". It came from working 10-12 hours a day , 6 days a week.

Mitch Bogden Threatening to Not Pay the FDIC?
Mitch Bogden thinks declaring bankruptcy will be the answer. Not a good move Mitch. They can drain your bank accounts and take everything away from you minus 20k in real property per WA homestead exemption.
Oh, and you'll lose your house, car, and <gasp!> your computer. Would be tough to rent a home with a disastrous credit score. Section 8 might be an option...I think you would make some good friends in the projects
If that $250K ends up having no value it might go badley for Tytan
P.S. there's no "e" in badley...

MITCH BOGDEN LOSES $253,000 JUDGMENT!
Mitch Bogden has lost a judgment of $253,000 against Tytan. Now the FDIC has assumed this loan as collateral for the $800,000 loan with the failed bank--Cowlitz Bank. The FDIC has assumed Cowlitz and is collecting on Mitch Bogden's judgment.
After the collection process is over, Tytan has a bank already lined up to give them a new loan on their inventory.
Tytan is in good hands with a proven winner--Mark Leonard, CEO

Mitch Bogdan Will Pay Tytan's Loan
They were offered and took a attachment on Mitch's Judgement. Proceeds from Mitch's Judgement will go to pay on our Operating line . The FDIC has put our loan with Midland Bank so we can continue to make our payments. Once we settle up on Mitch's Judgement, we will obtain a NEW loan with a Bank etc on the balance .
Thanks Mitch! We all owe you one. I guess this is why you said that Tytan will never collect on your judgment. At least you were being honest. LOL

EMAIL RESPONSE FROM MARK CEO REGARDING LOAN (April 21 2011)
Hi Mark,
This is Cody spoke with you on multiple ocasions via email, im concerned with the loan, and the fact that Mitch aka Tractor2011 alias name on I Hub continues to post multiple messages such as the ones below. This week will be two weeks since the last PR will we be seeing an update this week hopefully concernign the loan?
WASHINGTON STATE COURT OF APPEALS DIV II
Here is your proof that that TYTN CEO Mark Leonard lost his appeal regarding his guarantee of the Tytan International line of credit which now amounts to $800K. All of Leonard's arguements were rejected by a 3 judge panel. The letter in the IBOX is clearly BS.

Yes. this is all well and good for Tytan. But what about the $800K line of credit that is in default with a writ of garnishment in play? Will new investors have to pay this debt off before this company can move on all this wonderful stuff?
HIS RESPONSE
Mark Leonard to me
show details 9:14 AM (3 hours ago)
Cody,
Mitch is up to his usual. I had an Appeal with the Bank. It was a Standard response. Then the Banks finances were taken over by the FDIC.
The FDIC was and is always IMMUNE from an Appeal. Means nothing to them. Further, that appeal even if I won would have been almost
meaningless. It could not go back on the loan with the FDIC. It could only be on whats left of Cowlitz Bank. By the way, the amount is $691,000 of the Operating loan.
The FDIC knows exactly who Mitch is now. They were offered and took a attachment on Mitch's Judgement. Proceeds from Mitch's Judgement will go to
pay on our Operating line. The FDIC has put our loan with Midland Bank so we can continue to make our payments. Once we settle up on Mitch's Judgement,
we will obtain a NEW loan with a Bank etc on the balance.
Hope this answers you better.
Sincerely
Mark Leonard
> April 25 2011 After reading " Bogden's " post, looks like he was already planning the BK .. the joke is on HIM post # 18475 (posted by Tractor2*11)
Sounds like there is alot riding on this $250K judgement Tytan has to pay down the $800K Tytan International line of credit. Sounds like any settlement with the FDIC will depend on that. If that $250K ends up having no value it might go badley for Tytan.
