Brian,
I am a current shareholder of WRIT/FRN and I received your contact information from another investor who claimed you were representing the company from an investor relations standpoint. It is my understanding that WRIT has 0 contracts negotiated and finalized. Though the company provides huge potential, it has nothing without a finalized contract. We have been hearing for the better part of 2012 that news was coming soon and that a release was eminent only to fall short of its promises with nothing to show but a drop in the pps. After speaking to the last representative from IR Relations, it was clear that WRIT had fallen short once again of its claims, therefore leaving a disgruntled and frustrated IR Rep who's reputation was on the line. So I ask, how is this company projected to be a successful company? As of late, there has been an insurmountable number of shares handed out and clearly being diluted. All current investors are frustrated to say the least. It has been said that Equititrend has been utilized to bring further awareness to current and future shareholders. It has also been said that you plan on doing this by sending out postcards and by calling current investors. Is this a real strategy?? In an age of social media where millions can be reached, why isn't this avenue being explored? I find it disheartening that this company is moving backwards instead of forward. I understand that you are limited by the company's accomplishments, so what is an accurate depiction of the company not regarding its potential? Is the market maker VERT also being utilized to dilute shares for the company? Unfortunately, I see this as an uphill struggle for both Equititrend and its shareholders. Has there been any action initiated to remove the DTC Chill on the company?? Wouldn't it also be beneficial for the current management to communicate with its shareholders to update them with their accomplishments, goals or visions? I have tried to address the company with my many legitimate concerns and was told that Equitirend would provide all the answers. I am looking forward to getting any feedback, be it positive or negative. Thank you very much for your time
