This week we made some serious progress and some setbacks
Simple Marketing Inc. is all set to close on September 5, 2017
Manzo Management Services is on track to open on September 5, 2017; this will be the operating entity of MNZO. Also, next weeks update will be posted on http://manzomanagementservices.com/ and shared here also.
Trailer Manufacturer in Texas was set to close on September 1, 2017, but issues arose during due diligence and the deal is dead for now.

We are pleased to announce that MNZO has reached several significant milestones since our last up.

On September 9, 2017; the acquisition of 99% ownership in WS Services LLC was completed. WS Services is a leader in tank coating for the energy pipeline and storage industry. The company is ten years old with average annual revenues of $8.4 million. http://www.wsservicesllc.com/
Manzo Mangement Services opened for business on September 5, 2017; this is the operating company of MNZO. The primary focus of this endeavor is to support companies acquired by MNZO. https://manzomanagementservices.com/
We are still targeting other acquisitions, but our President Robert Ritch will be focusing his immediate attention on the growth of these acquisitions.

Now that the first two acquisitions are complete and Manzo Management Services is established; the process of updating the filings on the OTC has begun.
Robert Ritch and the MNZO team are very pleased with the progress MNZO has experienced since taking control of the company in July 2017.
