I wonder if they'll keep the brick-and-mortar offices open? For me that is an absolute requirement -- because there are many scenarios that require such a thing. I could tell you a horror story about a 300k account that was wiped out because a trader couldn't get through to an online-only broker to get out a position in time.

Also, when you live in places with severe weather, it's a REALLY good thing to be able to drive to an office that has electricity when yours is out -- if you might need to close a position or something. Or complain because they closed out your account for no reason. Grrrrr.
