it would nice if that were true..But I think they go dupped into the toxic loan scenario like many otc company's starting out and later quickly realized it was a death sentence. Matt was really clever in getting the SEC to side with him and delist the ticker with the agreement when things were in place they would have their attorneys notify the same SEC director to relist them. HJOE is in this to win..it's not a maybe lets see what happens when we list. They will have a strategy orchestrated down to the last detail.
people are calling the planet Nibiru the dooms day planet. it's out there..live in denial all you want. When HJOE arrives back on the scene...it will be catastrophic. Not to the shareholders but to all those who wronged the company.
