Both there and here, in his other identity as a supposed bull who likes to insult excellent posters like Chem, he is trying to pump. They think that if they get it above 1 they can re-short it.

I wish them the best of luck in this endeavor. I would be happy to see it to back up to 1.08 or so, then they re-short it, and then it goes to the moon while blowing their exploded trading accounts to smithereens.
