I think we all must remember that right now we are

I believe that one or more other exchanges are available at over $1, but under the $4 threshold established for the Nasdaq. I believe the AMEX exchange is owned by Nasdaq, but has a $1 requirement, should we want to make an intermediate move, but frankly I don't believe it's necessary.
Once we've re-achieved $1 with some positive news, I don't think it will be that much longer until more positive news has us visiting new highs, and it's not a big stretch from there to achieve the over $4 price needed to comply with the Nasdaq. One problem which may have to be overcome is the fact that we're cannabis based, and barring a change by the Federal Govt., the legality of a listing on the Nasdaq might be in question.
Frankly, I've seen the same sort of games played on the Nasdaq and NYSE that we find on the OTC, but perhaps they're not played as frequently. While I look forward to when we'll be on the Nasdaq, by itself, it won't add value to the stock. The key is to reach that $4 price, making our market cap over $.5 billion, then to build it into the billions. I don't believe one or more of our products need to be on the market that long before this should occur.
