If this were the case, it would suggest a reason why nothing more could be said in either the quarterly, or the recent letter. It would also explain why OWCP hasn't been at any of the recent cannabis conferences held in various parts of the world.
If I'm right about this, if the trial results are as positive as most here believe they will be, growth in the stock could be truly explosive as not only would we get positive trial results, but shortly thereafter one or more partnerships would be announced because the potential partner wanted to see results before finalizing a partnership. I would believe in this case the potential partner would pay substantially more to wait for results, but in doing so their risk of failure would be greatly reduced as efficacy would be shown before they invested.
I'm not saying this is the case, just a possibility, but I don't know of any better way to explain the company's unwillingness to discuss the status of one or more ongoing trials.
