NTEK FUNDING- Just received written confirmation within the last 24 hours (NOT FROM IR) that the funding is a 100% lock. There were some unanticipated delays due to a few global banks involved, the other players within the the larger transaction and the Patriot Act etc... The funding however is not yet fully completed.
The 21M is going to be put to work quickly since the expansion and growth plan has been in place for nearly a year. I am sensing some real excitement from this source.
The 4k Studios calendar has not been updated for the month of Sept because the employee in charge of the calendar updating has been swamped with remastering titles along with his co-workers. 4K studios is apparently "flat out" busy.
Please keep in mind NTEK has always been cash starved and that has severely restricted its growth along with some poor management decisions. Given the funding along with the release of UF 3.0, we are going to blow away
all players involved in the 4K and HDR streaming space.
The fuse is about to be lit but.....Please do NOT PM me asking my source because I can't and will not reveal this.
