I like hearing the potential stock deal they can make with the added shares by 'acquiring a private company with existing revenue..' The increase in A/S does not make this a scam, be reasonable sir.. its needed for closing on the financing that is going to take the company in a new direction of Hemp Healthy drinks, and get away from the very crowded 'energy drink' space. Kevin H and Gerry D are consulting a smart business move that will get them the shelf space as this "new type" category, that will be scale-able.
So you either believe that two credible people consulting will make this a success over time, or not. Michael is not steering the co by himself. I am holding for the credibility track record that Kevin and Gerry bring to the table, with their Rolodex of connections.. and they like to make money!
If you don't believe the facts, hey that is fine, i respect that. Sell then.
