Bob, Here are the compliance statements from the
Post# of 969
MCOA is initially pursuing California state licenses on behalf of its clients under the new licensing structure that will be established by the California Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act under California AB 266, AB 243 and SB 643. MCOA operations will expand to other medical and adult use states upon proving its business model in the Southern California market and as the regulatory framework in other states and countries continues to evolve.
MCOA will ensure that our clients are also compliant in their accounting and marketing services. With IRS Tax Code 280E, there are many pitfalls on recording financial activities and a significant amount of scrutiny as to how products are marketed under FDA and FTC guidelines regarding what can and can’t be said. MCOA provides compliance management services ensuring the Client is in full compliance under current California and other state regulatory guidelines.
MCOA is pursuing business opportunities in other legal medical cannabis and adult use states and countries. The Company will expand to additional states and countries just as soon as the pilot program is successfully completed in Southern California. Management thoroughly researches the regulatory framework of each state and country in regard to cannabis and hemp regulations as well as general business regulation to ensure that our team fully understands the regulatory framework before we enter into these new markets.
Also, we are all waiting for them to uplist sometime soon since they didn't or were not able to 2 months ago.
