Don't know if I can take photo and paste...tried but no go. Anyway, following is text of email response from Bridgeport.
Dear Stanley:. Thank you for your interest in our company. We are currently not seeking any more Investors. However, if circumstances we will contact you. For your guide, our latest round of financing required a minimum investment amount of $25m with a one year lockup.
