A lot of the fools on IHUB don't understand what "defamation" means, which opens them up to lawsuits.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Lostintheflood appear in court soon for stock manipulation (he may not even realize what he has done, that's really the best part). He planted his weasel of a son at headquarters to get insider info, probably paid one or two insiders at HQ for information, and when the IRS got him for tax evasion, he dumped his shares in 2014.
For anyone on IHUB reading this who thinks they won't be taken to court by USGlobal's (very large and powerful) law firm, here's the SEC's definition of stock manipulation: Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.
