The reason the mickey mouse amount at .0005 is flip flopping from the bid to the ask is that the whale bid at .0005 is All Or Nothing (AON) and therefore hidden so as not to fill on random paint downs by the bashers. So when a small sacrificial sell of say 500K is done that exceeds what others are bidding the amount left over ends up on the ask side even though there may be 40M>100M in large AON bids.
At one point, one of the whales (and it wasn't me) unmasked 91M at .0005 and then hid it again after getting a paint down.
The real ask at .0006 is probably in the 5M>16M range.
The bottom line is that the status quo in the .0005>.0007 range will be maintained until the next run. There is no need to fixate on any particular price when any buys in that range will turn a profit over the coming days, weeks and months.
