H2 hasn't sent out any official press releases yet and they Probably wont till they get full approval after the comment period and break ground . Not many are aware of the project yet. It takes time- But then it could all happen at once.
keep in mind we still a a extremely larger amount of shares outstanding and many "traders" scalping for a tick , and we still have the dreaded dilution which needs to stop and get resolved somehow.
Things are looking up though..
