Vicious descending triangle breakdown on the hourly chart with volume, needs a huge reversal back above .027 for a kick save. Venture Capitalist are the greediest of investors and always want more, If they average in at .02 a nice 200% run for them only gets it to .06. Of course they may and likely do, want a lot more than that,maybe 300%+,Will see how it goes.
At least the game is further underway and dilution is far better than a reverse split in Penny Land. Very necessary part of the business in order to potentially grow and a valuable scenario to understand. IF this is your first one take advantage of it by keeping notes on price and volume action along with the disclosures, news and quiet news periods to come, this stuff is priceless for your future trading/investing and better to study it rather than to complain about it.
