HKScan publishes listing prospectus of its EUR 135 million bond
HKScan Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 21 September 2017 at 15.40 Finnish time (EEST)
HKScan Corporation announced on 14 September 2017 the issuance of a senior unsecured bond of EUR 135 million. The bond matures on 21 September 2022, it carries a fixed annual interest at the rate of 2.625 percent and had an issue price of 100.00 percent.
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing prospectus of the bond. The prospectus is available in the English language on the company's website at http://www2.hkscan.com/portal/english/hkscan/...materials/ .
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the bond to trading on the official list as from 26 September 2017.
Nordea Bank AB (publ) and OP Corporate Bank plc acted as Joint Lead Managers for the issue of the bond.
