Government unions are the problem in Illinois and everywhere.. They used to be illegal.
The problem is unions negotiate with higher up government employees or former government employees and the negotiators with get a percentage pay increase that the union gets.
It is like prison inmates negotiating with themselves.
Greedy and unethical government unions are destroying the US same as greedy auto unions caused GM and Chrysler to be bailed out. But the crisis caused by greedy and unethical government unions can't be bailed out like the auto's were, the crisis is WAY TOO BIG. Illinois and California are just the poster crook images, it is a national problem
