The future of the company is predicated on money. The money was suppose to come from Mrs Lilly Li and her group. What happened/ Why did the money stop flowing?
This is my best guess of the events that led up to the drying up of money flow.
Jerry Grisaffi received $3.5 million for his control and $800,000 went to the advertising van that toured the country, new cans were designed and a 4oz can was in the works along with the 8 and 16 oz cans. A plum drink was also in the future and best of all water was being developed for bulk shipment to China.
Jerry was to retire 3 years from now and support Mrs Li till then.
That is roughly the plan of Mrs Li.
Then Gerry David and Kevin Harrington came aboard and the crap hit the fan. They were brought aboard to supposedly sane the company. They did a 180 degree opposite plan from Mrs Li and everything stopped. David and Harrington both resigned for some cockeyed reason and that is where we stand now.
