The main operations of the new company will be sea cargo transportation. The share capital of the new company amounts to EUR 286 000. Respectively, ABLV Bank, AS acquired indirect qualifying holdings in MV Bon Vivant, SIA via AmberStone Group, AS where ABLV Bank holds 24.28% of shares. This announcement contains inside information.
