Construction contract (Smarten logistics centre ph

A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Eventus Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Nordassets OÜ for designing and construction of 12,500 sqm phase III of the logistics centre of AS Smarten Logistics in Rae Parish. The consortium has built also the first two phases of the logistics centre. The value of the contract is approximately 3.8 million euros plus value added tax. The works will be completed in summer 2018.
