I believe actually that John Garretson has been the lead attorney for Duo all along but I might be wrong. William Harmon also came to Shook Hardy and Bacon from Microsoft. John was lead counsel on the Microsoft Phonefactor case with SFOR. He is also lead counsel for Duo vs SFOR.

This was from Absinthemindeds post 135218 it lists John Garretson first then William Harmon so I dont think a judge will give them a delay at all...JMO

Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (“StrikeForce”) and Defendant PhoneFactor, Inc. (“PhoneFactor”) have reached an amicable settlement of the disputes raised in this action and therefore move the Court to dismiss this case in accordance with parties’ stipulation, as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and among Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. and Defendant PhoneFactor, Inc. that:
1. all of StrikeForce’s claims in connection with this suit against PhoneFactor are dismissed with prejudice;
2. any of PhoneFactor’s defenses or counterclaims in connection with this suit against StrikeForce are dismissed without prejudice; and
3. StrikeForce and PhoneFactor shall each bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees. Wherefore, the parties respectfully request that the Court enter the proposed order of
