oh i have no doubts it was suggested to mgmt
but anyone who tracks this data recognizes that OTC *targets* in play for years
>> first regarding cycles of money (not retail) and then NR being upside down .. that
by itself (change done on 6.9.17) won't force a cover .. however NRs' STRUGGLE
will be reflected (as has been noted numerous times now) .. which is one reason
why *legal's* aggregate stall at the 800k range has now morphed upward (again) to 1.2M~
looking forward to IPIX (stock) triggering reg sho .. due to Innovation Pharma's ability to execute
i'll take granite foundations over shifting sands ..
