You are a brave one...lol..I did that to Admin and they didnt think it was very funny...lol...I have been on a 1 post a day ban for 105 days now as shorttornado...Oh well Iike this board a lot better screw those clowns over there...We are getting closer and closer to some big moves here I believe. I have stated several times I believe Garretson is the main one fighting settlements. I agree with ZPaul that Harmon was most likely for settling. If you read Garretsons profile at Shook Hardy and Bacon he lists the Phonefactor settlement as successful for them. He also states he is the lead attorney for our current case with C D and Trustwave. He and Harmon had to be butting heads on something. The heat is about to be turned up when the IPR is denied..JMO of course. Dont forget the SCOTUS will be reconvening in October for a decision on the constitutionality of IPRs. It is widely viewed that IPRs will be ruled against in favor of patent owners. I think a big positive for SFOR. Keep posting I like the updates you do on a regular basis. Thanks to all who contribute here for SFOR.
