[/b]
2013-01-09 08:00 ET - News Release

ONCE THE NAME CHANGE IS COMPLETE, 3 NEW BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE ADDED AND THERE WILL BE A REDUCTION IN THE AUTHORIZED SHARES

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Jan 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynasty Limousine, Inc. (PinkSheets: DNYS) has filed with the State of Florida to amend the corporate name to Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. effective January 18, 2013, but will continue to brand its machines under the name Cyber-Thingy™.

The Company is filing with FINRA on Thursday January 10th to officially change its name and request a ticker symbol from one the following options CYKS, CYBK, CKSI.  The Company will also file an amendment with the State on Thursday to change the effective date from January 18 to January 25 to meet the minimum number of days needed by FINRA to effect the name change.  A new CUSIP number has been obtained for the new name and the transfer agent will work with DTC to insure it is DTC eligible on the 25th.

The Company will be adding 3 new Board members once the name change is official and the ticker has changed.  After the name change has been approved and the 3 board members have been elected, the Company will reduce the number of Authorized shares from 120 million to 70 million. The number of outstanding shares shall be reduced to just below 64,539,275 million of which all but 2,946,272 will be restricted. The incoming Board members have also requested that all of the shares owned by the President (50,000,000) have a 2 year restriction on 144 sales or any other type of sale or transfer. The incoming members believe this will attract long term investors as the Company works to move up to the OTCBB and leave the Company with enough shares to use as stock options to hire and retain personnel and future acquisitions.
