To understand what can happen GOTRAQ been part of ARCA it is good to read about ARCA. I did it, and it looks a very conservative one.
An expert recent said, about ARCA:
"I suggest investors seek some degree of margin of safety due to high institutional ownership in ARCI, in particular due to the strong presence of active hedge fund investors. This may enable potential investors to comfortably invest in the company and avoid getting trapped in a sustained sell-off that is often observed in stocks with this level of institutional participation"

I could not find AS number, but OS is over 6 million shares. If I mix who owns ARCA shares and his relatively low number of shares. It is possible to think their mind is to reach a solid and stable base of shareholders rather than an hyperactive buy/sell traders speculators.
They have an interesting participation in institutional investors. I like it because institutional shareholders do not invest in crazy companies that play with their stock structure no matter what their shareholders suffer. I also see this very important because GOTRAQ can be very attractive to those same institutional shareholders who will call others. GOTRAQ has the backing of a given experience since ARCA in this matter. It is not the same for an institutional shareholder to try with people who have no experience vs. with people who are already proven in their experience.
