Your speculation makes a lot of sense, however one of the few things we were told is that there is absolutely no deal with Apple. Are they saying that to protect themselves? Maybe. They said there would not be another reverse split and we know what happened there... With that said, it would probably take a giant like Apple to invest that kind of money. It would be pretty tough to find a capital venturist willing to put up that kind of money. For a large company, its a drop in the bucket. I do think UF can be successful just delivering content and not acquiring it. I feel this is the model they need to follow as the barriers to entrance (Netflix, amazon, apple, hulu) are just too great to compete with when it comes to acquiring content.
