I believe RH was counting on the sale to go through before the BOD seated and the annual shareholder meeting, as the sale did not happen yet I don't expect a BOD seated or the annual shareholder meeting to take place.
A BOD at this point would cause massive dilution one way or the other, seeing that RH is a massive shareholder I don't see this happening until a sale has gone through.
at this point IMO it will be a sale or bankruptcy. I think RH would rather a bankruptcy then massive dilution.
