Fall is just around the corner. For Arizona, this time of year makes for almost perfect weather. The temperatures are conductive to play AND work. Pershing Resources Company (PRC) has the ideal location near Kingman, Arizona for WORK. In this case the WORK is MINING PRECIOUS METALS.
In a past Press Release from PRC, investors were alerted to the construction of a roadway to the mine site near Kingman. The roadway access in conjunction with PERFECT weather should be a major incentive to the development of a productive precious metals mine. What is the status of the roadway....WHAT IS THE WORD?
PRC also noted in past Press Releases that personnel with a strong business background and knowledge of mining were now on-board (employees). In addition, consultants were hired to further research and analyze select locations for development. Who is still on-board and what are they doing......WHAT IS THE WORD??
In the Fall, PRC will have perfect weather, knowledgeable personnel, some reported mine equipment, and claims/mine sites with reported (assayed) precious metals, AND a good access road to the Kingman mine location. What is the hold-up? Is PRC on hold while it applies for required permits? Is PRC searching for additional mining equipment? Is PRC looking for working mine site personnel? /OR/ Since ALL the questions relate to money, IS PRC still searching for financing? The daily volume of shares that are sold has not been dramatic. Very little money has changed hands in share sales over the past year or so. Something has to occur that will spur large volume sales by individuals. What could this possibly be? What happened to the investment that was to be made by Blackridge Investments over a year ago? Maybe the investment by Blackridge could be the catalyst that sets off a buying flurry. But investors must first know what is going on with Blackridge and PRC...WHAT IS THE WORD?
Investors do have a waiting period. Nothing can or will occur until a PRC mine site has initiated the process of extracting material from the ground and placing the ore(s) in a production facility. There is no doubt that a Market exists for the sale by PRC of the precious metals. Time becomes the determining factor for the INVESTOR'S ROI. If the mine takes years to develop, the original investor dollar may have been reduced to fractions of a cent. If the price of precious metals dramatically rises and PRC has not developed the mine, both the investor and the company lose the opportunity to benefit from the market. If the price of precious metals drops into the toilet, there will be NO incentive for anyone to invest in the company. Currently, the Precious Metals Market is positive. Gold and Silver prices have gradually increased over the past year and have held their values reasonably well. In MY OPINION, now is the time to develop the mine(s) and now is the time to invest in mining stock. From PRC, the best response will be "WE HAVE THE FINANCING and PERMITTING and WILL BEGIN on (date)'. But....investors are still waiting to hear....WHAT IS THE WORD?
