OTTV I wouldn't worry too much about it. I personally LOVE that this status has changed because now OTTV will be notified and they can just file the material needed. think about it... there is a strategy being played here. Maybe OTTV purposely is delaying the filings so they can record more accurate and promising information and numbers but need to collect more of it in the month to come. Limited information status can happen so easily. For all we know they missed a section or didn't check a box and therefore the information is limited. Maybe they want to be 'limited' to shake out all the flippers and cash in on buying back the stock (which ottv said they are going to do) knowing that the price will fall. Who knows LOL but I enjoy speculating.
OTTV is real, has a real product that works extremely well for being in beta mode. Subs are in the thousands per company. So if a form or two are missing or delayed, so what. I like the idea of getting all the data from the soft launches and filing late but with accurate and impressive numbers.
Average investors will freak out and sell, some longer play investors will take profit and let it fall to buy back in. I am sitting on hold. OTTV is a new company with leadership also learning the ropes, which includes filings. Long and Strong.
