Yes.....of course were doomed...because of no SHM.....right.
I'm fairly sure NTEK is in this to make money and have a successful business, meaning statements that we are "doomed" makes no sense unless NTEK does something royally screwed up.
I sincerely doubt that is the case at this point.....
a. they have a 21 mil loan
b. it appears their current litigation has been resolved.
c. Content deals seem to be in the work.
Just these alone hardly constitutes nothing......
They will announce news when they have it to announce providing they are allowed by whatever business restrictions they are operating under at the present time.
It doesn't take a PHD to look at the developments over the past 6 months and not conclude something is in the works.
It certainly doesn't constitute "doom" for the company....seems like a deliberate statement to plant just that kind of thinking into peoples heads.....why would you do that ?
