I frankly don't care what company you wish to discuss, if you take the attitude that they will never have success with any product or service they are developing, that company is eventually doomed to go to zero.
Your evaluation of OWCP is based on the fact that no success will be seen with any of the products they are developing not, or that they may develop in the future. I believe this is a very bleak evaluation, especially when you consider the caliber of the people in the company, and they work they've done in the past.
My view of what they're developing is clearly much higher, and frankly I believe the company, based on the earlier work of key people there, know that certain products will have success, it's just a matter of time in putting them through the process required to put them in the market in various countries.
Success in my book doesn't say the product must be approved by the U.S. FDA. In fact, the U.S. may very well be among the last of the major industrial nations in the world to recognize the benefits of cannabis, though it may be available in several states. I frankly think success will be found when any product is available for legal sales in any country that accepts it, if success is defined as bringing a share price of $1 or more. I believe the success will be far greater than that as other countries are added, and also as more products are added. I believe a multi-billion dollar market cap is certainly possible as sales grow into the billions of dollars annually.
