Is the “great” prognosticator Pluto (PP) changing his mind?
J&J Settlement or J&J attack via pressured FDA?
PP is “speculating” that some nefarious person or entity will pressure the FDA into investigating DECN and hero Berman will save the day? Is this the setup for another disappointment of sales, share price or management folly?
What happened to PP’s confidence in settlement by JJ? Let’s look at just three instances:
7/25/17 - I am thinking settlement in late January if the schedule holds and earlier if the judge calls J&J's bluff.
8/24/17 - They will settle because DECN is right. And it will cost a fellow named Timmons, the J&J General Counsel who has worked this foolhearty litigation, his job.
8/27/17 - the settlement clock in this case begins at the end of the day tomorrow.
Did something change? Why did PP “go away”? He said he went Bye-Bye but has no problem privately calling people TAUG Thugs erroneously! SSDD
