The frustration is understandable, but things are

Not when shareholders decide .....some of us think we run the company...we don't....
Us arm chair CEO's really have no clue as to what is in the works from a business standpoint, all we can do right now is guess.
I'm not seeing any facts about the competition that are either surprising or scary, all I'm seeing is a lot of negative speculation attempting to be passed off as doom for NTEK if they don't do this, that or the other thing by the end of the month......BS.
That doesn't even make sense. Short term thinking without looking down the road.....
Who cares....lets compete and see who wins....no balls no glory.....
The race hasn't even really started yet and all I'm seeing are some people saying that we've lost....before they even really know whats coming down the pipe for NTEK...and other companies in the business space for that matter.
If you think complaining about the situation is somehow going to make the company move faster or get shareholders "up in arms" guess what, it probably won't. How is that in the least bit helpful ?
You think this company doesn't want to succeed ? Then you must think the companies a scam.
If it's a scam then why have you stayed invested this long ? Even if you take a substantial loss it will be worth the peace of mind, wont it ?......so sell....
Read the stuff your posting then ask yourself why the company seems to have soured on shareholders.....
No.....it isn't all sweet and rosy and frustration levels are pretty high.
But before you decide all is lost, wait and see what is going to happen, because at this point we don't really know squat.
