That's too complex an argument for the person you're responding to, shade.
The other reason for BLM is that there are a few too many cops who don't know how to defuse situations, are too frightened to function effectively and are consequently too quick to use deadly force.
Better selection, training and supervision would be helpful, for ALL citizens.
Again, too complex, too much 'heavy lifting' for some people.
