They're being sued because COR believes it's their next best chance of recovering their losses.
I'm sure they're hoping to receive some punitive damages on top to compensate for the multiple months of legal proceedings. I don't think they'll win, but I wouldn't be shocked to find out that it's become more personal given Salas's reputation.
There is no liability to shareholders. We all invested in a garbage pinky stock with no evidence of legitimacy, and got screwed after a fraudulent dividend was paid out in a manner that should never have gotten past FINRA and DTCC. We played with fire, and everyone who reinvested did so knowing full well that it was possible everything would crumble.
That's reality. Everything else is groundless conspiracy and fantasy.
